Grandson Steaks - Hungryones 2

I like how there is lots of free parking at Liberty Station. I did not like how windy it was inside Grandson Steaks. They had doors to the west and east open so there was a wind tunnel effect. Fortunately I brought my bag so I created a wind break so my steak and fries would not get cold before I ate it.

I ordered a choice grade ribeye steak. It was thin cut and cooked medium as requested.

Loved how juicy and tender the beef was. I also loved the mix of flavors from the char from the grilling process, the high quality beef, and the salt they seasoned the steak with.

Fries were soft and fluffy inside with a tasty fried potato flavor.

This time I tried the prime ribeye steak. Steak was very tender and juicy. I loved the rich beef flavor, the light char, and the light salt seasoning. Awesome steak. Well worth the extra $10 for the prime ribeye steak.
