I visited during the soft opening and there was a 30% discount.  Miso soup was piping hot and I liked the little bits of tofu.  I did not care for the seaweed.

Gyoza was pan fried and I loved the flavors from the pork and cabbage.

Pork belly fried rice had a generous amount of pork belly.  I loved the flavor, which was like bacon.  Rice was moist and mild flavored.  I liked the little pieces of potato, zucchini, and bok choy.  Very good dish.

2nd visit I tried the tonkotsu ramen and shrimp tempura.  Tonkotsu broth was velvety and creamy with delicious flavor.  Noodles had a little snap to them and absorbed some of the flavors from the broth.

Pork belly slices were tender and full of delicious flavors.

Shrimp tempura featured small size shrimp but with full sized flavor.  Loved the thin delicate tempura batter which gave the shrimp a light salty fried flavor.

Staff was very nice and efficient.
