Mi Pan - Hungryones 2

I visited Mi Pan twice during their soft opening.

Croissant had a fine crunchy outer layer and soft buttery insides. I loved the sweet buttery flavor.

Cream filled pastry was like an egg tart made with croissant dough and vanilla cream. I like the croissant-like part but not a fan of the vanilla creame.

Country sourdough had a thin outer crunchy layer soft, fluffy insides. I loved the amazing sourdough flavor and textures. One of my favorite sourdough loaves in town.

Staff was nice and efficient. I’d visit alot except the price is high. I usually get 12 croissants at Costco for the price of one at Mi Pan.
