Wing's Army - Hungryones 2

I love wings and I love bbq so Wing’s Army looked to be my kind of place.

I asked the guy in charge about the bbq ribs and he said they were applewood smoked.

I gave them a try. They came with a ton of sauce.

Ribs were dry and didn’t have much flavor without the sauce. Texture and flavor were much like oven baked ribs I’ve had. Bbq sauce was sweet and had a smoky flavor. Good sauce.

2nd visit I tried the wings with Texas bbq sauce on the side.

Skin was crispy while the chicken was tender and juicy. I loved the fried chicken flavor and the sauce added sweet, tangy, and slightly smoky flavors. 5 wings were a light lunch.

Guy in charge was nice and efficient. Place has a nice view of the street. I love the wings but I prefer the ribs down the street at BBQ House Bar & Grill.
