Surf Up Chicken – UTC
There is always new places to eat at UTC. Last time I visited the food court there was a place with fried chicken wings. Now there is Surf Up Chicken.
Crispy chicken was tender and moist dark meat.
I liked the crunchy batter and the chicken which tasted like it was seasoned with soy sauce. This dish made for a light lunch so I had room for dessert.
Fried shrimp was battered with some tasty crunchy bits.
Shrimp had a snap to it and I liked the flavor which had a hint of soy sauce. This dish made for a light lunch so I had room for dessert.
Service was very speedy as my order was ready in minutes. A single dish made for a light lunch. 2 dishes would make a good size dinner.
Free ice water or soda water from the soda machine.
