Meet Dumpling

Meet Dumpling is a small dumpling shop with the owner running the front.

I tried the won ton soup which had 10 won tons and some parsley and seawood.  Parsley was fresh and I liked the flavor.  Seaweed had a nice flavor.

Won tons had a thin wrapper with a light flavor and the pork won tons were marinated with soy sauce.  Very good tasting dish.  Perfect size for lunch.

2nd visit I tried the napa cabbage and pork dumplings.  The medium thickness wrapper was very mild flavored.

Napa cabbage and pork filling was marinated with soy sauce and very tasty.  The 14 dumplings was a big lunch.

They make their own dumplings here and you can buy frozen ones to take home.  Owner was nice and provided very good service.  He got me in and out quickly.
